Phone Duty:
It's a PRIVILEGE
AND MUST

**Phone Opportunity Qualifications**
To qualify for phone duty, please adhere to the following requirements:
1. **Attend Team Meetings**: Must attend at least three out of the four team meetings each month.
2. **Conversation Practice Classes**: Attend two conversation practice classes per week.
3. **TDCP Class**: Attend the TDCP class once. (This is a one-time requirement.)
4. **Role-Playing**: Engage in role-playing exercises at least four times a month with either the Team Leader or Phone Opportunity Mentor.
Upon meeting these qualifications, you will be eligible for phone duty for the following month.
**Phone Duty Details**:
- Phone duty selections occur on the second Tuesday of every month via a random drawing to determine the order of selections.
- If you have any questions, please contact the Market Center Team Leader.
**Important**:
- Failing to attend your scheduled opportunity without securing a replacement will result in disqualification for the following month.
- Participation in phone opportunities is a privilege and should be treated with utmost dedication and professionalism.
